ORDINANCE NO. e <br />AN ORDINACE PROVIDING- FOR THE SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL OF PLATS <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino —Lakes does Ordain: <br />I. <br />That all plats of real property prepared for recording in the County of <br />Anoka, and providing for a subdivision development in the Village of Lino —Lakes <br />shall be submitted first to the Board of Zoning for Lino —Lakes for approval, prior <br />to the approval by the Village Council. <br />II. <br />The Board of Zoning will inspect the property described on the plat and will <br />determine that the roads designated and dedicated on the plat are laid out, open <br />for travel and in condition for use, suitable for the type of terrain; and that <br />provision for drainage has been satisfactorily made; and that the development plan <br />conforms with the general road and utility clans for the village. <br />III. <br />Upon approval by the Board of Zoning the plat shall be submitted to the Village <br />Council at a regular meeting thereof together with the report by the Board of Zoning. <br />If the report by the Board of Zoning shows that if the approval of the plat is <br />conditioned upon the completion by the owners of certain projects and if the Village <br />Council accepts the plat upon such conditions, these conditions shall constitute a <br />contract between the Village and the developers and upon violation of any of the <br />conditions or upon the failure of the developer to meet the conditions within the time <br />specified the building inspector for the Village shall refuse building permits for <br />the properties under such plat. <br />
