THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 't / i <br />An Ordinance defining assault and prescribing a penalty therefore. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 1. Assault. <br />No person shall strike or attempt to strike, nor in any unlawful <br />manner offer to do or do any bodily harm to another person; nor un- <br />lawfully make an attempt to apply any degree of force or violence to <br />the person of another; nor in a violent, rude, angry or insolent manner <br />touch or lay hands upon the person of another. <br />Section 2. Penalty. <br />Any person who violates any of the provisions of Section 1. shall <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, thereof, shall be <br />punished by a fine of noir more than $100 or by imprisonment for not more <br />than ninety (90) days, together with the costs of prosecution in either <br />case. <br />Passed by the Village Council this ! • day of <br />Maor <br />Attest: <br />, 1955. <br />
