ORDINANCE NO. 18 <br />THE VIj.LAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />The Village Council of Lino Lakes do ordain: <br />SECTION 1. CERTAIN MINORS FORBIDDEN ON THE STREETS AT NIGHT. <br />It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of sixteen years <br />to be or loiter upon any of the public streets, alleys, or public <br />grounds of the Village of Lino Lakes between the hours of 9:30 P.M. <br />and 6:00 A.M. unless accompanied by and under the control of some person <br />of lawful age, or upon some errand by permission or direction of his or <br />her parent or guardian or employer. Such minor person shall not then loiter <br />on the way, nor make any undue noise to disturb the peace and quiet of <br />the Village. <br />SECTION 2. ENFORCEMENT <br />Any person who violates any of the provisions of the first section of <br />this ordinance shall be subject to arrest by any Police Officer of the <br />Village without process. Upon such arrest the person arrested shall <br />be taken and delivered into the custody of his or her parent, guardian, <br />or employer. Upon a second and every subsequent arrest, such offender <br />shall be taken by such officer before the Justice of the Peace for trial, <br />and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not exceeding ten dollars <br />($10.00). <br />SECTION 3.
