o(7 <br />ORDINANCE N0.4 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0." 31 WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE <br />LICENSING AND REGULATING OF THE SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF INTOXICATING <br />LIQUOR. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes do ordain: <br />SECTION 1 That Section 6, Subdivision 4 of Ordinance No. 31 is <br />hereby amended so that the same shall hereafter be read as foliowS: <br />SUBDIVISION 4. No license shall be granted within 1,000 feet of any <br />school or within 1,000 of any church. In determining the distance men- <br />tioned in this subdivision, measurements shalibe made from the main <br />entrance of the applicant's place of business to the main entrance of any <br />church or shcool <br />Passed this 28th day of October, 1963. <br />/s/ Arnold A.
