1/ <br />L <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 35 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 BOARD OF ZONING, VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 6, entitled "An Ordianance for the purpose <br />of promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience and General Welfare <br />by Regulating the Location, Size and Height of Buildings, the Arrange- <br />ment of Buildings on Lots, the Density of Population and Designating <br />the Boundaries of Districts for said purposes and Relating to and <br />Regulating the Construction, Alteration, Repair, Conversion, Removal, <br />Demolition, Use and Maintenance of Plumbing, Electrical Wiring, <br />Heating and Ventilating, Sewer and Water Connections, all within the <br />limits of the Village of Lino Lakes", Passed by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, on the 18th day of July, <br />1955. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 4, Board of Zoning, of Ordinance No. 6 is hereby <br />amended so the same shall read as follows: <br />There is hereby established a Board of Zoning vested with <br />such authority and with such duties as were hereinbefore provided <br />and, such as may from time to time be assigned to this Board by the <br />Village Council. This Board shall consist of a number, as established, <br />�.. from time to time, by the Village Council, by resolution. Members of <br />this board shall be citizens, residents of the Village of Lino Lakes <br />and free holders in the Village of Lino Lakes. <br />Their term of office shall be set by the Village Counoll <br />and no bond shall be required. This Board shall act in an advisory <br />capacity to the Village Council with respect to all decisions on <br />administration or amendment of this code when requested by the <br />Village Council. <br />
