i 11-Y <br />ORDINANCE NO. 36 <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25, entitled "AN ORDINANCE <br />LICENSING AND REGULATING THE KEEPING OF DOGS, PROVIDING FOR THE <br />LICENSEING OF DOG KENNELS AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 16", PASSED <br />BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON <br />JUNE 13, 1960 <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, <br />ordains as follows: <br />SECTION 1 <br />Ordinance No. 25, passed on June 13, 1960, is hereby <br />amended, by deleting the Section Numbered 5 thereof, and replacing <br />said Section 5 so that the same shall read as follows: <br />SECTION 5. AGES OF DOGS. <br />For the purpose of this Ordinance, puppies or young dogs <br />shall be considered as full grown dogs within the purview of this <br />Ordinance, and subject to all provisions herein contained, when such <br />puppies or young dogs attain the age of six (6) months, from date of <br />birth. <br />SECTION 2. <br />The words "PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OF DOG KENNELS", <br />in the caption of said Ordinance No. 25, are hereby deleted. - <br />SECTION 3. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 25 shall stand <br />and all other parts thereof be effective as passed. <br />Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, this 25th day of May, 1964. <br />ATTEST: Alden E.
