ORDINANCE NO.3€ <br />AN ORDINANCE CHANGING VILLAGE ELECTION DATE IN THE VILLAGE OF <br />LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 205.07 authorizes <br />the council to designate the first Tuesday after the first Monday <br />in November as the regular village election date, <br />AND WHEREAS, the council believes that this change in <br />election date should be made in this village, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br />SECTION I. Commencing with the 1964 village election, <br />the regular village dection of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota shall be held annually on the first Tuesday <br />after the first Monday in November of each year. <br />SECTION II.
