<br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA
<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1, III COMERCIAL, OF ORDINANCE
<br />NO. 6, OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA,
<br />ORDINANCE NO. 6, entitled,
<br />"An Ordinance for the purpose of promoting Health,
<br />Safety, Order, Convenience and General Welfare by
<br />Regulating the Location, Size and Height of Buildings,
<br />the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, the Density
<br />of Population and Designating the Boundaries of
<br />Districts for said Purposes and Relating to a.Hd
<br />Regulating the Construction, Alteration, Repair,
<br />Conversion, Removal, Demolition, Use and Maintenance
<br />of Plumbing, Electrical Wiring, Heating and
<br />Ventilating, Sewer and Water Connections, all
<br />within the limits of the Village of Lino Lakes,
<br />Minnesota."
<br />passed by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes,
<br />Minnesota on the 18th day of July, 1955.
<br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes ordains:
<br />SECTION 1, III COMMERCIAL, OF ORDINANCE NO. 6, is hereby
<br />amended by adding thereto the following:
<br />(A) AREA
<br />(e) All that part of the following described real
<br />estate lying Westerly of a line drawn 300 feet
<br />Westerly of and parallel with the Westerly right
<br />of way line of State Trunk Highway No. 8, as now
<br />laid out and traveled, to -wit:
<br />All that part of the East Half of the Northwest
<br />Quarter of Section 17, Town 31, North, Range 21
<br />West, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as
<br />follows:
<br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the South
<br />line of said E2 of NW4 with the Westerly right of way
<br />line of Trunk Highway No. 8 as now established;
<br />thence on an assumed bearing of N 24° 56' E along said
<br />Westerly road line a distance of 1155.6 feet to the
<br />point of beginning; thence continuing N 24° 56' E
<br />along said Westerly road line, 420 feet to the Southerly
<br />right of way line of the Southeast ramp of Trunk
<br />Highway No_. 35W; thence N-8.5°_ 041__ Lalnng said
<br />Southerly right of way line, 5.51 feet to point of
<br />tangential curve to the left; thence Westerly along
<br />said curve in the right of way line with a radius
<br />of 493.53 feet, central angle of 19°41' 09", in an
<br />arc length of 169.57 feet to point of tangency;
<br />thence S 750 14' 51" W along said Southerly right of
<br />way line, 354.32 feet to point of tangential curve
<br />to the left; thence Southwesterly along said curve in
<br />the right of way line with a radius of 866.91 feet,
<br />central angle of 22° 26' 59", an arc length of 339.67
<br />feet to point of tangency, which point is the point
<br />of intersection with a line that bears N 78° 35' 30" W
