Upon his retasal to issue a permit, the Betiding Inapeator stall direct the Village Clerk to return to the applicant all deposits, bands and insueance policies. Permit fees filed with the application Shall not be returned. D. Return upon Allowance for Expenses. After the Building has been re. moved, the Building Inspector shall furnish the Village Clerk with a written statement of all expenses incurred and of ail damage caused or inflicted upon property belonging to the Village by reason of the removal. The Village Clerk shall return to the applicant all deposits after deducting a sum sufficient to pay all the costs and evensco and for all damage done to property of the Villaee. The Buildieg Inagector Shall procure frc the Village Council or its designated representatives a list of designated streets over which the build- ing shall be moved. The Beildleg Inspector shall reproduce the list upon the permit in welting.
