ORDINANCE NO. 31 A <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 31, OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />LINO LAKES, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON MARCH 25, 1963, <br />BY AMENDING SECTION 6, THEREOF.. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes does ordain: <br />Section 6 of Ordinance No. 31, passed on March 25, 1963, is <br />hereby amended by adding thereto the following: <br />SECTION 1 <br />Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding, licenses <br />hereunder may be issued to each of the partners in a partnership, <br />and to each of the shareholders of a corporation to comply with <br />state law, if at least one of such partners in such partnership <br />or one of such shareholders in such corporation be a person who <br />is a resident of the Village of Lino Lakes, and is a partner or <br />shareholder who is actively engaged in and personally working <br />in the enterprise, and if the business office of such partnership <br />or corporation is situated in the Village of Lino Lakes, and if all <br />other members of such partnership and all other shareholders of <br />such corporation are residents of the State of Minnesota. <br />SECTION 2 <br />This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and <br />publication as required by law. <br />Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, this 25th day of January, 1965. <br />ATTEST: Alden Domning, Village Mayor <br />Naomi Zelink, Village Clerk <br />(SEAL) <br />
