ORDINANCE NO. 40 A <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 40, PASSED <br />BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 14, 1964, <br />WHICH AMENDED SECTION III COMMERCIAL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 6, entitled <br />"An Ordinance for the purpose of promoting Health, <br />Safety, Order, Convenience and General Welfare by <br />regulating the Location, Size and Height of Buildings, <br />the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, the Density of <br />Population and Designating the Boundaries of Districts <br />for said Purposes and Relating to and Regulating the <br />Construction, Alteration, Repair, Conversion, Removal, <br />Demolition, Use and Maintenance of Plumbing, Electrical <br />Wiring, Heating and Ventilating, Sewer and Water <br />Connections, all within the limits of the Village of <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota, passed by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota on the 18th <br />day of July, 1955." <br />The Village Council of <br />ORDINANCE No. 40, passed by <br />which amended SECTION 1,III <br />amended to read as follows: <br />the Village of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />the Village Council on December 14, 1964 <br />Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, is hereby <br />(A) AREA <br />(d) The Northerly 330 feet of the Easterly 330 feet <br />of Lot Nineteen (19), Auditor's Subdivision <br />No. 151, according to the map or plat thereof <br />ion file and of record in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds in and for Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed this 24th day of May, 1965. <br />ATTEST: <br />Naomi Zelt <br />Clerk Alden E.
