i9t L <br />LINO LAKES VILLAGE <br />ORDINANCE 6 C <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION III COMMERCIAL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, ENTITLED, <br />"An Ordinance for the purpose of promoting Health, Safety, Order, <br />Convenience and General Welfare by regulating the Location, Size. <br />and Height of Buildings, the. Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, <br />the Density of Population and Designating the Boundaries of Districts <br />for said Purposes and relating to and Regulating the Construction, <br />Alteration, Repair, Conversion, Removal, Demolition, use and <br />Maintenance. of Plumbing, Electrical Wiring, Heating and Ventilating, <br />Sewer and Water Connections, all within the limits of the. Village <br />of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, passed by the. Village Council of the <br />Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota on the 18th day of July, 1955." <br />The. Village. Council of the Village of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />SECTION III COMMERCIAL of ORDINANCE NO. 6, is hereby amended <br />by adding thereto the following: <br />I. <br />(A) AREA <br />(g) The East 131 <br />of the North 661. <br />of the Northeast <br />Thirty-one (31) <br />Twenty-two (22), <br />feet of the South 285.98 feet <br />5 feet of the. Southeast Quarter <br />Quarter (SE 4 of NE 4) of Section <br />Township Thirty-one (31), Range <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br />II. <br />Saveas above amended, said ordinance No. 6 shall stand as <br />initially adopted and previously amended. <br />III. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council of the.
