NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
<br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY,
<br />MINNESOTA
<br />TAKE NOTICE, That pursuant to the requirements in Ordinance
<br />No. 6, Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota upon petition from
<br />Marlin R. Rygh and Leona L. R4zgh and upon resolution of the Village Council
<br />of said Village, calling for a hearing upon the question, a public hearing
<br />will be held before the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka
<br />County, Minnesota, on Monday, January 10, 1966 at 8:00 P.M. at the Village
<br />Hall, for the purpose of considering the following, as an ordinance for
<br />the Village of Lino Lakes:
<br />ORDINANCE NO. 6D
<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION III COMMERCIAL
<br />OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY
<br />MINNESOTA
<br />ORDINANCE NO. 6, entitled,
<br />"An Ordinance for the purpose of promoting Health,
<br />Safety, Order, Convenience and General Welfare by
<br />regulating the location, Size and Height of Buildings,
<br />the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, the Density of
<br />Population and Designating the Boundaries of Districts
<br />for said Purposes and relating to and Regulating the
<br />Construction, Alteration, Repair, Conversion, Removal
<br />Demolition, use and Maintenance of Plumbing, Electrical
<br />Wiring, Heating and Ventilating, Sewer and Water
<br />Connections, all within the limits of the Village of
<br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota, passed by the Village Council
<br />of the Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota on the 18th
<br />day of July, 1955."
<br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes ordains:
<br />SECTION III COMMERCIAL OF ORDINANCE NO. 6, is hereby amended by adding
<br />thereto the following:
<br />1.
<br />(A) AREA
<br />(h) That part of the Northwest Quarter of the North-
<br />east Quarter (NW3 of NEk) of Section Twenty-four
<br />(24), Township Thirty-one (31), North of Range
<br />(22)x V/Lbee-v,OftheFourth Pir
<br />Meridian, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as
<br />follows: Commencing at a point on the South line
<br />of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NIA of NE'k) approximately One Thousand Seventy-eight
<br />and Twenty-five Hundredths (1078.25) feet West
<br />from the Southeast corner thereof, thence North parae
<br />liel to the East line thereof, Eighty (80) feet to
<br />the point of beginning; thence East Three Hundred
<br />Thirty-five (335) feet along the stale highway right
<br />of way to a point where the state highway right of
<br />way makes a Ninety degree (90°) turn South, thence
