The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakc ordains <br />SECTION III COMMERCIAL OF ORDINANCE NO. 6, is hereby amended by <br />adding thereto the following: <br />(A) AREA <br />(h) That part of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NW4 of NE4) of Section Twenty- <br />four (24), Township Thirty-one (31) North of <br />Range Twenty-two (22) West, of the. Fourth Principal <br />Meridian, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point on the South line of said North- <br />west Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW4 of NE4) <br />approximately One Thousand Seventy-eight and Twenty- <br />five hundredths (1078.25) feet West from the South- <br />east corner thereof, thence North parallel to the. East <br />line thereof, Eight (80) feet to the point of beginning; <br />thence East Three Hundred Thirty-five (335) feet along <br />the state highway right of way to a point where the <br />state highway right of way makes a Ninety degree (90°) <br />turn South, thence South along the state highway right <br />of way line for Twenty-five (25) feet to a point where <br />the state highway right of way linemakes a Ninety <br />degree (90°) turn East, thence Fifty (50) feet along said <br />state highway right of way line to a point; thence <br />North One Hundred Seventy-five (175) feet to a point, thence <br />West Four Hundred Thirty (430) feet to thestatehighway <br />right of way line; thence Southeasterly along said State <br />highway right of way line; for approximately One. Hundred <br />Fifty-six and Seven Tenths (156.7) feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said ordinance No. 6 shall stand as <br />initially adopted and previously amended. <br />III. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />
