Circulating Pines, December 23, 1965 <br />PUBLIC NOTICES <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />BEFORE THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />TAKE NOTICE, That pursuant <br />to the requirements in Ordinance <br />No. 6, Village of Lino Lakes, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota upon <br />petition from Marlin R. Rygh and <br />Leona L. Rygh and upon resolu- <br />tion of the Village Council of <br />said Village, calling for a hear- <br />ing upon the question, a public <br />hearing will be held before the <br />Village Council of the Village of <br />Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Min- <br />nesota, on Monday, January 10, <br />1966 at 8:00 p. m. at the Village <br />Hall, for the purpose of consid- <br />ering the following, as an ordi- <br />nance for the Village of Lino <br />Lades: <br />ORDINANCE NO, 6D <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />SECTION III COMMERCIAL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO <br />LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY <br />MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 6, entitled, <br />"An Ordinance for the purpose <br />of promoting Health, Safety, <br />Order, Convenience and Gen- <br />eral Welfare by regulating the <br />location, Size and Height of <br />Buildings, the Arrangement <br />of Buildings on Lots, the Den- <br />sity of Population and Desig- <br />nating the Boundaries of Dis- <br />tricts for said Purposes and re- <br />lating to and Regulating the <br />Construction. Alteration, Re- <br />pair, Conversion, Removal <br />Demolition, use and Mainte- <br />nance of Plumbing, Electrical <br />Wiring, Heating and Ventila- <br />ting, Sewer and Water Connec- <br />tions, all within the limits of <br />the Village of Lino Lakes, Min- <br />nesota, passed by the Village <br />C it of the Village of Lino <br />L� Minnesota on the'18th <br />dim July, 1955." <br />The Village Council of the Vill- <br />age of Lino Lakes ordains: SECTION <br />Ill COMMERCIAL OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 6, is hereby amended by add- <br />ing thereto the following: <br />I. <br />(A) AREA <br />(h) That part of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter (NW-1/4 of NE-1/4) <br />of Section Twenty-four (24), <br />Township Thirty-one (31), <br />North of Range Twenty -Two <br />(22) West, of the Fourth <br />Principal Meridian, Anoka <br />passage and publication according <br />to law. <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF LINO <br />LAKES, VINNESOTA <br />/s/Naomi Zelinka <br />Village Clerk <br />Published in Circulating Pines <br />December 23 an? 30, 1965. <br />County, Minnesota, des- <br />cribed as follows: Commer <br />cing at a point on the South <br />line of said Northwest Quar- <br />ter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(NW-1/4 of NE-1/4) approx- j <br />imately One Thousand Sev- <br />enty-eight and Twenty-five <br />Hundredths (1078.25) feet <br />West from the Southeast <br />corner thereof, thence North <br />parallel to the East line <br />thereof, Eighty (80) feet to <br />the point of beginning; <br />thence East Three Hundred <br />Thirty-five (335) feet along <br />the state highway right of <br />way to a point where the <br />state highway right of way <br />makes a Ninety degree (90°) <br />turn South, thence South <br />along the state highway <br />right of way line for Twenty- <br />five (25) feet to a point <br />where the state highway <br />right of way line makes a <br />Ninety degree (900) turn <br />East, thence Fifty (50) feet <br />along said state highway <br />right of way line to a point; <br />thence North One Hundred <br />Seventy-five (175) feet to <br />a point, thence West Four <br />Hundred Thirty (430) feet <br />to the state highway right <br />of way line; thence South- <br />easterly along said state <br />highway right of way line; <br />for approximately one Hun- <br />dred Fifty-six and Seven <br />Tenth (156.7) feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />II <br />Save as above amended, said <br />ordinance No. 6 shall stand as <br />initially adopted and previously <br />amended. <br />III <br />This ordinance shall be in full <br />force and effect from and after its j <br />
