ORDINANCE N0. 6 D <br />THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 111 COMMERCIAL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF PROMOTION HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, CONVENIENCE AND GENERAL WELFARE <br />BY REGULATING THE LOCATION, SIZE AND HEIGHTS OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS, AND THE <br />DENSITY OF PUPULATION AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF DISTRICTS FOR SAID <br />PURPOSES AND RELATING TO AND REGULATING THE CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, REPAIR, <br />CONVERSION, REMOVAL, DEMOLITION, USE AND MAINTENANCE OF PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, <br />WIRING, HEATING AND VENTILATING, SEWER AND WATER CONNECTION, ALL WITHIN THE <br />LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE I8TH DAY OF JULY, 1965." <br />The Village Council of the _Village <of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 3 Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, is hereby amended by adding thereto <br />the following: <br />1. (a) Area — (h) That part of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NW* of NEk) of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Thirty- <br />one(31) North of Range Twenty-two (22) West, of the Fourth Principal Meridian, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the <br />South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW# of NE)r) appr <br />approximately One Thousand Seventy-eight and Twenty-five hundredths (1078.25) <br />feet West from the Southeast corner thereof, thence North parallel to the <br />East line thereof, Eighty (80) feet to the point of beginning; thence East <br />Three Hundred Thirty-five (335) feet along the state highway right of <br />way to a point where the state highway right-of-way makes a Ninety <br />degree (900) turn South,Thence South along the state highway right-df-way <br />line for Twenty-five (25) feet to a point where the state highway right- <br />of-way line makes a Ninety degree (900) turn East, thence Fifty (50) feet <br />along said state highway right-of-way line to a point; thence. North One <br />Hundred Seventy-five (175) feet to a point,. thence West Four Hundred Thirty <br />(430) feet to the state highway right-of-way line; thence South-easterly <br />along said State Highway right-of-way line, for approximately One Hundred <br />Fifty-six and Seven-Tenthis (156.7) feet to the point of beginning. <br />11. Save as above amended, Said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as <br />initially adopted and previously amended. <br />Ili.
