ORDINANCE NO. 12 A <br />THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION 0 F ORDINANCE NO. 12, OF THE VILLAGE OF LiNO <br />LAKES, MiNNESOTA, ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OF <br />PUBLIC DANCES, ENACTED SEPTEMBER 12, 1955. <br />The Ciilage Council of the Ciflage of Lino Lakes, Minnesota does ordain: <br />The paragraph of Ordinance No. 12 of the Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, <br />passed September 12, 1955, stating "Public dances subject to license under <br />ordinace include only those dances for which admission is charged <br />or entry to the premises upon which the dancing is to be permitted or conducted." <br />'s hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Public dances subject to license and regulation under this ordinance <br />shall Include both those dances for which admisstion is charged and <br />thos for which admission is not specifically charged for entry to <br />the premises upon which the dancing is to be presented or conducted <br />by shall not include private dances where admission is obtained by <br />prior invitation such as wedding dances and similar dances, and <br />shall include any dancing by 2 or more persons whether to music <br />personally played or to recorded or other mechanically produced <br />music. <br />Save as above amended said Ordinance shall stand and be effective <br />as adopted. <br />This ordinance shalt be effective from and after its passage and <br />publication according to taw. <br />Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, <br />this 14th day of February, 1966. <br />/s/ Alden E.
