ORDINANCE NO. 25A <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25 OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, M'!INNESOTA, <br />ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE LICENSING AND REruLATING THE KEEPING OF DOCS, PROVIDING FOR <br />THE LICENSING OF DOG KENNELS AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO..16" PASSED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL ON JTTJE 13, 1960, AS AMENDED. <br />The Village Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain as <br />follows: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 25, passed on June 13, 1960, as amended, is hereby <br />further amended by changing the last sentence of SECTION 4, I"1POt1NDING, thereof, so <br />the same shall read as follows: <br />An impounding fee'of $5.00 and a charge of $1.00 per day for feeding shall be <br />charged for any dog impounded. <br />Section 2. Save as herein amended, said Ordinance No. 25 shall stand and be <br />effective as passed and previously amended. <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and Publication <br />as required by law. <br />Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Nennesota, this <br />27th day of December, 1966. <br />/s/Alden E.
