ORDINANCE NO. 42 <br />THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF THE MAYOR AND TRUSTEES OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, does ordain, as follows: <br />SECTION 1. <br />Pursuant to the provisions and allowances of Minnesota <br />Statute 412.181, the salary of the Mayor, and of each of the <br />Trustees of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />shall be the sum of $50.00 per month. <br />SECTION 2. <br />The salaries established hereby are to be paid monthly. <br />SECTION 3. <br />This ordinance shall be effective, after prior publication, <br />on January 2, 1967, provided that the same is approved by a <br />majority of those voting at the next annual election, for the <br />Village of Lino Lakes, to be held on Tuesday, November 8, 1966. <br />Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, on this 26th day of September, 1966. <br />(/— <br />..---(..; e,„) <br />Alden E.
