111,7 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1B <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1, PASSED BY <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA, ON JUNE 16, 1955, AS AMENDED, AND <br />ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE LICENSING AND REGULATING <br />THE SALE OF NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUORS AND <br />PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOFF."' <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, <br />ORDAINS: <br />I. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1, passed by the Village Council on June 16, <br />1955, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending the third <br />paragraph of SECTION 6. Conditions of Licenses, thereof, so that <br />the same shall read as follows: <br />Licenses hereunder shall be issued only to persons who are <br />citizens of the United States and residents of the State of Minnesota <br />and who are of good moral character and repute. <br />II. <br />Save for the foregoing amendment, said Ordinance No. 1 shall <br />stand and be effective as originally passed and as previously <br />amended. <br />III. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to law. <br />PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA, this 27th day of February, 1967. <br />ATTEST: <br />ltorman G.
