ORDINANCE NO. 31A <br />THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 31, AS AMENDED, OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE LICENSING OF AND <br />REGULATING THE SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND <br />WHICH WAS PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON MARCH 25,1963. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />SECTION 1. That SUBDIVISION 3. of SECTION 4. LICENSE FEES. <br />Of Ordinance No. 31, so passed by the Village Council on March 25, <br />1963, is hereby amended so that the same shall hereafter read <br />as follows: <br />SUBDIVISION 3. The annual fee for an "on sale" license shall <br />be $1,500.00 for the year ending June 30, 1964, $1,750.00 for the <br />year ending June 30, 1965, and $2,000.00 for the year ending June 30, <br />1966, and for the year ending on June 30 of each year thereafter. <br />Such fee shall be paid as follows: The first one-half thereof shall <br />be paid before June 30 of each such year, and the second one-half <br />thereof shall be paid before December 31, of each such year, and <br />such second one-half shall bear interest, payable to the Village of <br />Lino Lakes, at the rate of 6% per annum, payable from and after <br />June 30 of the year in which same is due and until the date of payment, <br />and such interest shall be paid with said second one-half installment. <br />In the event that such second one-half is not so paid by December 31, <br />in any given year, then the licensee shall not operate under such <br />license until such second one-half installment and such interest <br />are so paid, and the police department of Lino Lakes shall impound <br />such license until such sums are so paid. In addition, if such <br />second one-half installment and interest are not so paid by December 31, <br />in any given year, then the Village may obtain such money from the <br />bonding company so issuing the bond to any such licensee which bond <br />is required herein by Subdivision 2 of SECTION 3. APPLICATION FOR <br />LICENSE, and such bond shall comply with this provision by the <br />issuance thereof. <br />SECTION 2. That save as hereby amended, such Ordinance No. 31, <br />of the Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, so passed by The Village <br />Council on March 25, 1963, shall stand and be effective as passed <br />and previously amended. <br />Passed by The Vill ge Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, <br />this /"day of , 1967. <br />ATTEST: <br />n G.
