ZIZtIcog <br />ORDINANCE N0. 6 G <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3) Commercial OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO <br />LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18th DAY OF JULY, 1955. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota ordains: <br />L. <br />SECTION 3, Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of <br />Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, Is hereby amended by adding thereto the <br />following: <br />(a) Area. <br />(j) The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest quarter (SE * of NW it <br />of the Section 24, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota except that <br />part taken by the Minnesota Highway Department for highway right-of-way and <br />except the West 275 feet of the South 375 feet of the SE 4 of NW 4 of said <br />Section, containing 22.12 acres, more or less, and subject to the right of <br />tho town road along the West line of the SE * of the NW 4 of said section. <br />it. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as initially <br />adopted and as previously amended. <br />fit <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council February 21, 1968. <br />/s/ Ralph M.
