Commercial OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18th DAY OF <br />JULY, 1955. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota ordains: <br />I. <br />SECTION 3. Cbiimercial°of Ordinance No. 6 of the Village of Lino <br />Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding there- <br />to the following: <br />(a) Area <br />(k) The West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter (WZ of NW4 of SEk) Section Twenty-four (24), Township Thirty- <br />one (31) North of Range Twenty-two (22) West, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />except that part thereof described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Northwest Quarter of <br />Southeast Quarter (NW4 of SEk), thence East along the South line of <br />Northwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter (NW4 of SEk) a distance of <br />Six Hundred Sixty and Ninety-seven Hundredths (660.97) feet to a point <br />in the East line of said West Half of Northwest Quarter of Southeast <br />Quarter (W2 of NW4 of SEk), thence North along the East line of West <br />Half of Northwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter (W2 of NWk of SEk), a <br />distance of Two hundred Sixty-five and Eighty-seven 100ths (265.87) <br />feet to a point, thence West a distance of Six Hundred Sixty-one <br />and Thirty-two Hundredths (661.32) feet to a point in the West line <br />of said Northwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter (NW4 of SEk),thence <br />South along the said West line a distance of Two Hundred Sixty-three <br />and Thirty-eight Hundredths (263.38) feet to the point of beginning. <br />AND <br />That part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of the South- <br />east Quarter (E2 of NWk of SEk) of Section Twenty-four (24), Township <br />Thirty-one (31), Range Twenty-two (22), Anoka County, Minnesota, ly- <br />ing North of the center line of ditch also known as Clearwater Creek. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as ini- <br />tially adopted and as previously amended. <br />effect <br />This ordinance shall be in full force andAfrom and after its <br />Passed by the Village Council this llth day of arch., 1968. <br />'Ralp <br />Jute L.
