ORDINANCE NO. 61 <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3. Commercial OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18TH DAY OF JULY, 1955. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, ordains: <br />I. <br />SECTION 3. Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of <br />Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding thereto <br />the following: <br />(a) Area. <br />(1) All of Lots 14,19, and 20, Block 1, Arthur E. Thom Acres, <br />except parts previously zoned as Commercial herein; and <br />Lot 15, Block 1, Arthur E. Thom Acres, except the Easterly <br />500 feet thereof, all according to the map or plat thereof <br />on file and of record in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as <br />initially adopted and as previously amended. <br />III. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council this 27th day of May, 1968. <br />Ralph M.
