ORDINANCE NO. 6J <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3. Commercial OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6,PASSED By THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18th DAY OF JULY, 1955. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, ordains: <br />I. <br />SECTION 3. Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village <br />of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding <br />thereto the following: <br />(a) Area. <br />(m) That part of Government Lot 4, Section 20, Township 31, <br />North, Range 22 West, Anoka County, Minn. lying South <br />of Village Road now known as Aqua Lane and lying Easterly <br />and Southerly of Rice Creek and lying West of the <br />following described line: Commencing at the inter- <br />section of the Southerly line of said Aqua Lane and <br />the East line of Government Lot 4; thence Westerly along <br />the Southerly line of Aqua Lane 463 feet to the point <br />of beginning; thence Southerly at right angles 500 feet, <br />more or less, to the shore of Rice Lake and there <br />terminating. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand <br />as initially adopted and as previously amended. <br />III. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council this 26th day of August, 1968. <br />Ra M Li'Allier, Mayor <br />Ju L.
