ORDINANCE NO. 6K <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3. Commercial OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18TH DAY OF JULY, 1955. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, ordains: <br />I. <br />SECTION 3. Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of <br />Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding thereto <br />the following: <br />(a) Area. <br />(n) The West three -fourths of the Northwest one -quarter of the <br />Northwest one -quarter (W 3/4 of NW 1/4 of NW 1/4) of Section <br />Five (5), Township Thirty -One (31), Range Twenty -Two (22), <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as <br />initially adopted and as previously amended. <br />III. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council this 23rd day of September, 1968. <br />h M.
