ORDINANCE NO. 6L <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3. Commercial OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18th DAY OF <br />JULY, 1955. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, ordains: <br />I. <br />SECTION 3. Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of <br />Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding <br />thereto the following: <br />(a) Area. <br />(0) The South Half of Northwest Quarter of Southwest <br />of SW% Quarter <br />(S i of NW% <br />a 4) of Section Eight (8), Township Thirty-one (31), <br />Range Twenty -Two (22)., Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to existing <br />Road along the south line and Fourth Ave. along the West line thereof. <br />AND <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW4 of SW4) of Section <br />Eight(8), Township Thirty-one (31), Range Twenty-two (22), Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, except the east 260 feet of South 832 feet thereof, <br />subject to the existing Road along the North line, Fourth Ave. along <br />the West line, and County State Aid Highway No. 12 ,(aka Lilac Lane) <br />along the South line thereof. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as <br />initially adopted and as previously amended. <br />III. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council this 23rd day of December, 1968. <br />Jtifie L.
