ORDINANCE NO. 31-B <br />THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 31, OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />LINO LAKES, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON MARCH 25, 1963. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 31, of the Village of Lino Lakes, passed on <br />March 25, 1963, is hereby amended, as follows: <br />A. <br />SECTION 2. LICENSE REQUIRED., of said ordinance is hereby <br />amended by adding thereto the following: <br />SUBDIVISION 5. "Special Sunday On -Sale License." <br />Special on -sale licenses for the sale of intoxicating liquor on <br />Sundays shall be issued only to hotels and resturants as defined <br />in Laws 1967, Chapter 19, Section 1. All sales of liquor by such <br />establishments shall be in accordance with Laws 1967, Chapter 691. <br />B. <br />SECTION 4. LICENSE FEES., of said ordinance is hereby <br />amended by adding thereto the following: <br />SUBDIVIDION 3A. The annual fee for a "Special Sunday <br />On -Sale License" shall be the sum of $200.00. <br />C. <br />SECTION 9. RESTRICTIONS ON PURCHASE AND CONSUMPTION., of <br />said ordinance is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: <br />SUBDIVISION 5. No intoxicating liquor shall be sold <br />after 1:00 A.M. on Sudays, except that hotels and resturants <br />having special Sunday on -sale liquor licenses may serve intox- <br />icating liquor between the hours of 12:00 noon and 12:00 mid- <br />night on Sundays. <br />I <br />• <br />Save as above amended this ordinance shall stand and be effective <br />as adopted and as previously amended. <br />This ordinance shall be effective from and after its pass- <br />age and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, this 8th day of January, 1968 <br />Attest: <br />fune L.
