ORDINANCE NO. 6M <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3. Commercial of THE <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, <br />PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18TH <br />DAY OF JULY, 1955. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, ordains: <br />I. <br />SECTION 3. Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village <br />of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding <br />thereto the following: <br />(a) Area. <br />(p) That part of the Southwest 4 of the Northeast 4 of <br />Section 24, Township 31, Range 22 described as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the South line <br />of County State Aid Highway No. 14 and the Easterly right- <br />of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 35E; thence East <br />along said South line of County State Aid Highway No. 14 <br />a distance of 200 feet; thence at a right angle South <br />250 feet; thence at a right angle West 298.22 feet to <br />said Easterly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway <br />No. 35E; thence Northerly along said Easterly right-of- <br />way line 275.62 feet to the point of beginning. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as <br />initially adopted and as previously amended. <br />III. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village council this 27th day of Jaauapy, 1969. <br />Ralph M.
