1 ORDINANCE NO. 6N VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3A, Limited Commercial OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18th DAY OF JULY, 1955. The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, ordains: I. SECTION 3A. Limited Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: (a) Area. (1) The following described real estate situate in Anoka County, Minnesota: 1. The NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 28, Township 31, Range 22. 2. The West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 27, Township 31, Range 22, except the following described tracts of land: a. Beginning at a point on the East and West 1/4 line of Section 27, Township 31, North, Range 22, West, a distance of 1157.55 feet East of the West Quarter Corner of Said Section 27, thence Northerl, parallel with the East line of the West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section '27, a distance of 418.85 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the East and ,West Quarter line a distance of 208 feet; thence Southerlya distan of.; 418.85 feet to the East and West 1/4 line of said Section 27; thenct4k, Easterly along said 1/4 line a distance of 208 feet to the point of beginning and there terminating, containing two (2) acres. b.
