1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 6-0 <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 6, OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL ON THE 18TH DAY OF JULY, 1955, BY ADDING <br />THERETO A NEW DISTRICT TO BE DESIGNATED AS "LIMITED COMMERCIAL <br />DISTRICT". <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, ordains. <br />I. <br />SECTION 1. DISTRICT ESTABLISHED, of Ordinance No. 6 of <br />the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby <br />amended by changing the word "two" therein, to the word "three", <br />thereby creating three districts, and by adding thereto the <br />following: <br />(c) Limited Commercial district <br />II. <br />Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, is hereby further amended by adding thereto, <br />immediately after SECTION 3. Commercial, thereof, the <br />following: <br />SECTION 3A. Limited Commercial <br />(a) Area. All lands which shall, in the future, be <br />designated, by ordinance, by the Village Council, as <br />Limited Commercial District. <br />(b) Uses. In the Limited Commercial district, unless <br />otherwise provided herein, no building or land shall be <br />used and no building shall hereaf er be erected altered <br />or used except for one or more of the following uses, <br />to wit: <br />1. All uses permitted in the residential and commercial <br />districts, including those allowed therein by Special <br />Use Permit, upon the issuance of such Special Use Permit; <br />however, upon rezoning of any lands to Limited Commercial <br />District, as herein provided, the Village Council shall <br />state in the Ordinance so rezoning such lands the exact <br />specific use which may be carried on upon such lands and <br />in buildings erected or to be erected thereon, and any <br />use different from such exact specific use shall be <br />considered to be in violation hereof and subject to the <br />Violation Section hereof and, upon prior hearing as <br />required herein to change Zoning areas, the zoning of <br />said lands may by altered to the zoning existing prior <br />to amendment to Limited Commercial District, and the <br />
