ORDINANCE N0. 36A <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN 0RD1NAgCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 36, OF THE VILLAGE OF L140 LAKE$, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES <br />ON THE 25th DAY OF MAY, 1964, WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 25, OF SAID <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL ON JUNE 13, 1960. <br />The Village Council of the IIillage of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota ordains; <br />SECTION I <br />0f Ordinance <br />Minnesota, passed <br />Ordinance No. 25, <br />June 13, 1960, is <br />the same with the <br />No. 36, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County <br />by the Village Council on May 25, 1964, which amended <br />of said Village, passed by the Village Council on <br />hereby amended by repealing the same and replacing <br />following: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25, passed on June 13, 1960, is hereby <br />amended Oy deleting the Section Numbered 5 thereof, and replacing said <br />Section 5 so that the same shall read as follows: <br />SECTION 5. For the purpose of this Ordinance, puppies or young dogs <br />&h t+ be o nslerad as full grown dogs within the purview of this <br />Ordinance, and subject to all provisions herein contained, when such <br />puppies or young dogs attain the age of three (3) months, from date <br />of birth. <br />SECTION 2. <br />Save as amended above, said Ordinance No. 36 shallstand and all <br />plats thereof be effective as passed. <br />SECTION 3 <br />This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage and <br />iblication according to law. <br />Passed bar the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />.y'►tny, Minnesota, this 8th day of December, 1969. <br />/s/ Ralph M.
