ORDINANCE N0. 36A VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA AN 0RD1NAgCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 36, OF THE VILLAGE OF L140 LAKE$, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES ON THE 25th DAY OF MAY, 1964, WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 25, OF SAID VILLAGE COUNCIL ON JUNE 13, 1960. The Village Council of the IIillage of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota ordains; SECTION I 0f Ordinance Minnesota, passed Ordinance No. 25, June 13, 1960, is the same with the No. 36, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County by the Village Council on May 25, 1964, which amended of said Village, passed by the Village Council on hereby amended by repealing the same and replacing following: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25, passed on June 13, 1960, is hereby amended Oy deleting the Section Numbered 5 thereof, and replacing said Section 5 so that the same shall read as follows: SECTION 5. For the purpose of this Ordinance, puppies or young dogs &h t+ be o nslerad as full grown dogs within the purview of this Ordinance, and subject to all provisions herein contained, when such puppies or young dogs attain the age of three (3) months, from date of birth. SECTION 2. Save as amended above, said Ordinance No. 36 shallstand and all plats thereof be effective as passed. SECTION 3 This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage and iblication according to law.
