-7 <br />S <br />ORDINANCE NO. 39 A <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 39, OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, ON THE 24TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1964. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota ordains: <br />I. <br />SECTION 1. DEFINITIONS. (a), of ORDINANCE NO. 39, of the <br />Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended <br />by repealing the last sentence thereof, and replacing such last <br />sentence thereof with the following: <br />Minimum size of each trailer is to be as follows: <br />(1) Ninety percent of the total parked trailers shall have a <br />minimum of 600 square feet of floor area. <br />(2) Ten percent of the total parked trailers shall be <br />a minimum of 45 feet in length and 10 feet in width, inside <br />measurements. <br />II. <br />SECTION 4. (b) and (c), of ORDINANCE NO. 39, of the Village <br />of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, are hereby amended by <br />repealing the same and replacing the same with the following: <br />(b1) Each plot shall have a minimum dimension of 60 feet, <br />front and rear, and have a minimum of 100 feet in depth, on <br />both side lines. <br />III. <br />SECTION 4. (d) , (e) , (f) and (m) , of ORDINANCE NO. 39, of the <br />AstijotaQ 4n 4a=County,.Minneso a., are hereby amended <br />by repealing the same and replacing the same with the following: <br />(di) There shall be a minimum setback distance of 10 feet <br />between any portion of any trailer and any line of the plot on <br />which any trailer is located, except that on any 'street side <br />there shall be a minimum setback distance of 20 feet between <br />any portion of any trailer and the plot line or lines on <br />any street side of the plot on which any trailer is located; <br />and all trailers shall be parked at a 10 degree angle to the <br />street on which same face. If located on a Village, State <br />or County Road, setback requirements of the Village for <br />resident homes and of the State or County shall be followed. <br />Where any trailer camp abuts on a public street or <br />residential area, the setback area shall be planted to <br />provide adequate and pleasing screening and landscaping. <br />
