-7 S ORDINANCE NO. 39 A VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 39, OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, ON THE 24TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1964. The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota ordains: I. SECTION 1. DEFINITIONS. (a), of ORDINANCE NO. 39, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by repealing the last sentence thereof, and replacing such last sentence thereof with the following: Minimum size of each trailer is to be as follows: (1) Ninety percent of the total parked trailers shall have a minimum of 600 square feet of floor area. (2) Ten percent of the total parked trailers shall be a minimum of 45 feet in length and 10 feet in width, inside measurements. II. SECTION 4. (b) and (c), of ORDINANCE NO. 39, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, are hereby amended by repealing the same and replacing the same with the following: (b1) Each plot shall have a minimum dimension of 60 feet, front and rear, and have a minimum of 100 feet in depth, on both side lines. III. SECTION 4. (d) , (e) , (f) and (m) , of ORDINANCE NO. 39, of the AstijotaQ 4n 4a=County,.Minneso a., are hereby amended by repealing the same and replacing the same with the following: (di) There shall be a minimum setback distance of 10 feet between any portion of any trailer and any line of the plot on which any trailer is located, except that on any 'street side there shall be a minimum setback distance of 20 feet between any portion of any trailer and the plot line or lines on any street side of the plot on which any trailer is located; and all trailers shall be parked at a 10 degree angle to the street on which same face. If located on a Village, State or County Road, setback requirements of the Village for resident homes and of the State or County shall be followed. Where any trailer camp abuts on a public street or residential area, the setback area shall be planted to provide adequate and pleasing screening and landscaping.
