ORDINANCE NO. 47 <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PLUMBING IN THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA, AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE, WITH ADDITIONS, THE MINNESOTA <br />PLUMBING CODE AS ADOPTED BY THE MINNESOTA STATE BOARD OF HEALTH ON <br />JULY 20, 1937, AS AMENDED, AND AS TO BE AMENDED. <br />The Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, ordains: <br />I. <br />The Minnesota Plumbing Code, adopted by the State Board of Health <br />on July 20, 1937 and amended May 9, 1939, January 14, 1947, and October <br />16, 1951, and as same may be amended, from time to time in the future, <br />is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this ordinance as if <br />fully set forth herein, except that the following paragraphs shall be <br />added thereto: <br />ARTICLE XVII. — INSTALLATION OF PRIVATE SEWAGE SYSTEM TO FACILITATE <br />HOOK UP TO MUNICIPAL SYSTEM. <br />Sec.176. Adequate cast iron pipes for any sewer system servicing <br />any building having or requiring sewage disposal facilities shall be <br />stubbed under such building, toward the front or street side of the parcel <br />of land upon which such building is situated or toward the planned munic- <br />ipal sewer facility of the Village, to readily facilitate connection to <br />any future municipal sewage disposal system; this requirement shall apply <br />to all new construction and any major repair to any existing plumbing <br />facility commencing after the date of publication of this ordinance. <br />ARTICLE XVII.-FEES. <br />Sec. 177. All plumbing fees required to be paid to the Village of <br />Lino Lakes for any plumbing inspection or inspections required herein <br />shall be as established, from time to time by the Village Council, by <br />resolution, schedules of which fees shall be on file with the Village <br />Clerk -Treasurer, and made available to anyone desiring a copy thereof. <br />II. <br />This ordinance shall be construed and applied with all other <br />ordinances of the Village of Lino Lakes previously adopted or to be <br />adopted in the future, and should any conflict occur, this ordinance <br />shall be controlling. <br />The Village Clerk -Treasurer shall keep 3 copies of the said Minnesota <br />Plumbing Code, above listed, and any amendments thereto, on file in his <br />office, for examination, at all times. <br />IV. <br />Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of <br />this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof <br />shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $100.00 or imprisioned for not <br />to exceed 90 days. Each day that any violation is continued shall consti- <br />tute a separate offense. <br />V <br />This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication <br />according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council this 24th day,of <br />Attest: <br />-7-G Lam_, y ,Lr % <br />Jtitie L.
