ORDINANCE NO. 47 VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PLUMBING IN THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE, WITH ADDITIONS, THE MINNESOTA PLUMBING CODE AS ADOPTED BY THE MINNESOTA STATE BOARD OF HEALTH ON JULY 20, 1937, AS AMENDED, AND AS TO BE AMENDED. The Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, ordains: I. The Minnesota Plumbing Code, adopted by the State Board of Health on July 20, 1937 and amended May 9, 1939, January 14, 1947, and October 16, 1951, and as same may be amended, from time to time in the future, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this ordinance as if fully set forth herein, except that the following paragraphs shall be added thereto: ARTICLE XVII. — INSTALLATION OF PRIVATE SEWAGE SYSTEM TO FACILITATE HOOK UP TO MUNICIPAL SYSTEM. Sec.176. Adequate cast iron pipes for any sewer system servicing any building having or requiring sewage disposal facilities shall be stubbed under such building, toward the front or street side of the parcel of land upon which such building is situated or toward the planned munic- ipal sewer facility of the Village, to readily facilitate connection to any future municipal sewage disposal system; this requirement shall apply to all new construction and any major repair to any existing plumbing facility commencing after the date of publication of this ordinance. ARTICLE XVII.-FEES. Sec. 177. All plumbing fees required to be paid to the Village of Lino Lakes for any plumbing inspection or inspections required herein shall be as established, from time to time by the Village Council, by resolution, schedules of which fees shall be on file with the Village Clerk -Treasurer, and made available to anyone desiring a copy thereof. II. This ordinance shall be construed and applied with all other ordinances of the Village of Lino Lakes previously adopted or to be adopted in the future, and should any conflict occur, this ordinance shall be controlling. The Village Clerk -Treasurer shall keep 3 copies of the said Minnesota Plumbing Code, above listed, and any amendments thereto, on file in his office, for examination, at all times. IV. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $100.00 or imprisioned for not to exceed 90 days. Each day that any violation is continued shall consti- tute a separate offense. V This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication according to law.
