/2:1 <br />te <br />ORDINANCE NO. 50 <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE MAXIMUM FINE FOR ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS <br />FROM $100.00 TO $300.00 OR BY IMPRISONMENT IN THE VILLAGE OR COUNTY <br />JAIL OR WORKHOUSE FOR A PERIOD OF NOT TO EXCEED 90 DAYS, OR BOTH, BUT <br />IN EITHER CASE, THE COSTS OF PROSECUTION MAY BE ADDED. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, does ordain: <br />Section 1. Pursuant to the authority granted to the Village <br />Council of the Village of Lino Lakes under Minnesota Laws 1969, <br />Chapter 735, amending Minnesota Statutes 412.231, any person guilty <br />of violating any penal ordinance of the Village of Lino Lakes <br />�. hereinbefore adopted by the Village Council shall be punished by a <br />find not to exceed $300.00 or by imprisonment in the Village or <br />county jail, or in the county workhouse for a period of not to exceed <br />90 days, or both, but in either case the costs of prosecution may be <br />added. <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
