ORDINANCE NO. 6P <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3. Commercial OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18th DAY OF <br />JULY, 1955. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, ordains: <br />I. <br />SECTION 3. Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of <br />Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding <br />thereto the following: <br />(a) . Area. <br />(r). The South 15 acres of the West i of Southwest k of <br />Southeast k and the East i of Southwest k of South- <br />east 4 and that portion of East i of Northwest k of <br />Southeast k lying South of the center of Clearwater <br />Creek, all in Section 24, Township 31, Range 22, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to public road <br />rights -of -way and excepting all rights owned by the <br />Northern States Power Company over a 50 foot strip <br />running Northeasterly -Southwesterly over said parcels. <br />and <br />The Northwest k of the Northeast k of Section 25, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />Subject to public road rights -of -way and Interstate <br />Highway No. 35E. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as <br />initially adopted and as previously amended. <br />III. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council this 26th d <br />Ralp <br />an ary , 1970. <br />M.
