ORDINANCE NO. 6Q <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND AMENDING PORTIONS OF SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 6 OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED <br />BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON JULY 18, 1955. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, ordains: <br />SECTION 1. <br />Sub paragraphs identified as (d), (e), (f), and (g) of SECTION 5. <br />Trailer Camps and Temporary Habitation, of Ordinance No. 6 of the <br />Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the Village <br />Council on July 18, 1955, are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 2. <br />SECTION 5. Trailer Camps and Temporary Habitation, of Ordinance <br />No. 6, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed <br />by the Village Council on July 18, 1955 is hereby amended by adding <br />thereto the following: <br />(cc) No mobile home or house trailer used as a residence may be <br />parked or kept on any lands within the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, unless the same are so parked or kept in a trailer <br />camp, duly established in compliance with law, or unless parked upon <br />lands owned by the person so parking or keeping same thereon, when <br />such person is about to start, or in the process of, building his own <br />dwelling house thereon, for which a total of four (4) consecutive <br />90 day permits, maximum, may be issued by the Building Inspector, <br />upon the payment of a fee for each such permit, which fee is to be <br />established by resolution of the Village Council, the first such <br />permit to be issued upon the issuance of a building permit for said <br />dwelling house construction, and any and all of the three (3) <br />subsequent permits will be issued only if the applicant therefor is <br />able to prove that there is substantial progress commensurate with <br />the remaining intervals of any of the above listed permits remaining, <br />and if the Building Inspector determines that such progress has not <br />been had, he shall refuse any further such permits and said owner <br />shall immediately remove such mobile home or house trailer therefrom; <br />in addition, any placement or keeping of such mobile home or house <br />trailer upon said premises after the termination of any valid permit <br />period without the obtaining of -a subsequent permit or after the <br />fourth 90 day period has lapsed shall be in direct violation of this <br />ordinance and punishable as such, the permitee having the burden of <br />obtaining the second, third, and fourth such permit. <br />SECTION 3. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as <br />adopted and as previously amended. <br />
