ORDINANCE NO. 6R VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3A. Limited Commercial OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18th DAY OF JULY, 1955. The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, ordains: I. SECTION 3A. Limited Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: (a) . Area. (2). That part of Government Lot 2, In Section 28, Township 31, Range 22; and that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 31, Range 22; described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the South line of said Government Lot 2, distant 1248.71 feet east of the southwest corner thereof on an assumed bearing of South 89°21'15" East; thence north at right angles to the left on an assumed bearing of North 0°38'45" East a distance of 50 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence northerly North 0°38'45" East a distance of 318.71 feet; thence east at right angles a distance of 360 feet; thence South at right angles a distance of 160 feet; thence east at right angles a distance of 200 feet; thence south at right angles a distance of 158.71 feet to the north line of County State Aid Hwy. No. 10; thence at right angles to the west along the northerly right of _way of County State Aid Highway No. 10, to the point of beginning and there terminating containing 3.36 acres more or less. The limited commercial use of the foregoing real estate to be only to construct, maintain and operate thereon, according to law retail trade stores, shops and general offices, and all necessary structures and improvements incident thereto. No public garages, filling stations, gas stations or facilities for the servicing of motor vehicles shall be constructed or operated upon said lands.
