ORDINANCE NO. 6R <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3A. Limited Commercial OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, <br />PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18th <br />DAY OF JULY, 1955. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, ordains: <br />I. <br />SECTION 3A. Limited Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the <br />Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by <br />adding thereto the following: <br />(a) . Area. <br />(2). That part of Government Lot 2, In Section 28, <br />Township 31, Range 22; and that part of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, <br />Township 31, Range 22; described as follows, to -wit: <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of said <br />Government Lot 2, distant 1248.71 feet east of the <br />southwest corner thereof on an assumed bearing of South <br />89°21'15" East; thence north at right angles to the left <br />on an assumed bearing of North 0°38'45" East a distance <br />of 50 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract <br />of land to be described; thence northerly North 0°38'45" <br />East a distance of 318.71 feet; thence east at right <br />angles a distance of 360 feet; thence South at right <br />angles a distance of 160 feet; thence east at right angles <br />a distance of 200 feet; thence south at right angles a <br />distance of 158.71 feet to the north line of County State <br />Aid Hwy. No. 10; thence at right angles to the west along <br />the northerly right of _way of County State Aid Highway <br />No. 10, to the point of beginning and there terminating <br />containing 3.36 acres more or less. <br />The limited commercial use of the foregoing real estate <br />to be only to construct, maintain and operate thereon, <br />according to law retail trade stores, shops and general <br />offices, and all necessary structures and improvements <br />incident thereto. No public garages, filling stations, <br />gas stations or facilities for the servicing of motor <br />vehicles shall be constructed or operated upon said <br />lands. <br />
