ORDINANCE NO. 6S <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3. Commercial OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, <br />PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, ON THE <br />18TH DAY OF JULY, 1955. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, ordains: <br />I. <br />SECTION 3. Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village <br />of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding <br />thereto the following: <br />(a) Area. <br />(s) The following described real estate, situate in <br />Anoka County, Minnesota: <br />Lot 19, Auditor Subd'n No. 138, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, Except the East 880 feet and except <br />the West 365 feet of the South 252 feet thereof. <br />Together with the Northerly 60 feet of Lots 2 <br />and 3, Forest View Acres, according to the maps <br />or plats thereof on file and of record in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds in and for Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as <br />initially adopted and as previously amended. <br />III. <br />This ordinance shall oe in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council this 23rdasiay" oe�nte►17 <br />Ra 1 h EMI .
