CID; 10 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 6T <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDXN&NCE AMENpING Lta Cnm'cial a'' THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY Ms VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18th DAY OF JULY, 1955. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />ordains: <br />I. <br />M. Limited Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of Lino <br />Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: <br />(a) Area. <br />(3)That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />(NE1/4 of SE1/4), Section 30, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said tract and <br />the centerline of State Highway No. 49 es now established; thence <br />East along said South line and the centerline of a public road for <br />308 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of lend to <br />be hereby described; thence continuing East along said line for a <br />distance of 175 feet; thence North at right angles for a distance <br />of 170 feet; thence West parallel with the first course for 175 <br />feet; thence South 170 feet to the point of beginning. <br />The limited commercial use of the foregoing real estate to be <br />only to maintain and operate thereon, according to law, a general <br />vehicle and small engine repair shop and snowmobile sales and <br />service business operation, including the use or construction of <br />any necessary structures and improvements incident thereto. <br />ZI. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as initially adopted <br />and as previously amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage <br />and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council this 25th day of May, 1970. <br />/s/ Ralph M.
