CID; 10 ORDINANCE NO. 6T VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDXN&NCE AMENpING Lta Cnm'cial a'' THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY Ms VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18th DAY OF JULY, 1955. The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, ordains: I. M. Limited Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: (a) Area. (3)That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4 of SE1/4), Section 30, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said tract and the centerline of State Highway No. 49 es now established; thence East along said South line and the centerline of a public road for 308 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of lend to be hereby described; thence continuing East along said line for a distance of 175 feet; thence North at right angles for a distance of 170 feet; thence West parallel with the first course for 175 feet; thence South 170 feet to the point of beginning. The limited commercial use of the foregoing real estate to be only to maintain and operate thereon, according to law, a general vehicle and small engine repair shop and snowmobile sales and service business operation, including the use or construction of any necessary structures and improvements incident thereto. ZI. Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as initially adopted and as previously amended. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law. Passed by the Village Council this 25th day of May, 1970. /s/ Ralph M.
