AGENDA ITEM 7 <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Brian Wessel <br />DATE: 3/24/97 <br />TOPIC: Consideration of a Reimbursement Agreement <br />between the Lino Lakes EDA and Northern <br />Wholesale Supply <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The development agreement between the EDA and Northern Wholesale calls for <br />a Reimbursement Agreement to be executed by the EDA for reimbursement of <br />$45,000 in site preparation costs. The company has provided verification of <br />costs incurred for site preparation and has requested reimbursement. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve the execution of a Reimbursement Agreement with Northern <br />Wholesale <br />2. Return to staff for further consideration <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option 1 <br />
