City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />(12) the date the district must be decertified; <br />(13) for the reporting period and prior years of the district, the actual amount received <br />from, at least, the following categories: <br />(i) tax increments paid by the captured net tax capacity retained for tax <br />increment financing under section 469.177, subdivision 2, paragraph (a), <br />clause (1), but excluding any excess taxes; <br />(ii) tax increments that are interest or other investment earnings on or from <br />tax increments; <br />(iii) tax increments that are proceeds from ie",sale or lease of property, <br />tangible or intangible, purchased by the utf € ty with tax increments; <br />(iv) tax increments that are repaymertsof loans or advances made by <br />the authority with tax increments <br />(v) bond or loan proceeds; <br />(vi) special assessments; <br />(vii) grants; and <br />(viii) transfers from funds, not exclusively associated with the district; <br />(14) for the reporting period and for the ror years of the district the actual amount <br />expended for,at Least, the folio v ng categori <br />(i) uisition ofland and buildings through condemnation or purchase; <br />or preparation costs; <br />aka <br />installattonof public utilities, parking facilities, streets, roads, sidewalks, <br />other similar public improvements; <br />istra costs, including the allocated cost of the Authority; and <br />public: <br />purpos <br />ark facilities, facilities for social, recreational, or conference <br />s, or other similar public improvements; and <br />rs to funds not exclusively associated with the district; <br />(15) for properties sold to developers, the total cost of the property to the Authority <br />and the price paid by the developer; <br />(16) the amount of any payments and the value of in -kind benefits, such as physical <br />improvements and the use of building space, that are paid or financed with tax <br />increments and are provided to another governmental unit other than the <br />municipality during the reporting period; <br />(17) the amount of any payments for activities and improvements located outside of <br />the district that are paid for or financed with tax increments; <br />SPRINGSTED <br />Page 15 <br />
