Returning to "Point C" described above, thence North 62 degrees 36 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 147.94 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as "Point D"; thence South 01 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds West to the Southeasterly line of the above described property and there terminating.
