ORDINANCE NO. 31C <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBDIVISION 2 OF SECTION 2, OF ORDINANCE NO. 31, <br />PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />ON THE 25TH DAY OF MARCH, 1963, AND AMENDING SECTION 1, OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 31-A, PASSED BY SAID VILLAGE COUNCIL ON THE 12TH DAY OF JUNE, 1967. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, ordains: <br />I. <br />SUBDIVISION 2 of SECTION 2, of Ordinance No. 31, of the <br />Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the Village <br />Council on March 25, 1963, is hereby amended by repealing and striking <br />the following terminology therein: "Not more than three "on sale" <br />licenses shall be granted at any one time." and by replacing said <br />repealed and striken terminology with the following: "The number of <br />"on sale" licenses granted by the Village Council shall not exceed <br />the number authorized to be issued by the Statutes of the State of <br />Minnesota, or under the authority of the Liquor Control Commissioner <br />of the State of Minnesota." <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 31 shall stand <br />as initially adopted and as previously amended. <br />SECTION 1, of Ordinance No. 31-A, of the Village of Lino <br />Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the Village Council on <br />June 12, 1967, is hereby amended by repealing and striking the <br />following terminology therein: "The first one-half thereof shall be <br />paid before June 30 of each such year," and by replacing said repealed <br />and striken terminology with the following: "The first one-half <br />thereof shall accompany the license application and shall be presented <br />to the Village Clerk -Treasurer prior to the second regular Village <br />Council Meeting in May of each such year, to allow compliance with <br />the State of Minnesota Liquor Commissioner's regulations," <br />IV. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 31-A shall stand <br />as initi'611y adopted. <br />V. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council this 2,7-t i da <br />ATT <br />L.
