ORDINANCE NO. 31C VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBDIVISION 2 OF SECTION 2, OF ORDINANCE NO. 31, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 25TH DAY OF MARCH, 1963, AND AMENDING SECTION 1, OF ORDINANCE NO. 31-A, PASSED BY SAID VILLAGE COUNCIL ON THE 12TH DAY OF JUNE, 1967. The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, ordains: I. SUBDIVISION 2 of SECTION 2, of Ordinance No. 31, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the Village Council on March 25, 1963, is hereby amended by repealing and striking the following terminology therein: "Not more than three "on sale" licenses shall be granted at any one time." and by replacing said repealed and striken terminology with the following: "The number of "on sale" licenses granted by the Village Council shall not exceed the number authorized to be issued by the Statutes of the State of Minnesota, or under the authority of the Liquor Control Commissioner of the State of Minnesota." II. Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 31 shall stand as initially adopted and as previously amended. SECTION 1, of Ordinance No. 31-A, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the Village Council on June 12, 1967, is hereby amended by repealing and striking the following terminology therein: "The first one-half thereof shall be paid before June 30 of each such year," and by replacing said repealed and striken terminology with the following: "The first one-half thereof shall accompany the license application and shall be presented to the Village Clerk -Treasurer prior to the second regular Village Council Meeting in May of each such year, to allow compliance with the State of Minnesota Liquor Commissioner's regulations," IV. Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 31-A shall stand as initi'611y adopted. V. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.
