VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TAKE NOTICE, that at the regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, to be <br />held on Monday, February 9, 1970, at 8:30 P.M., at the Village Hall <br />in Lino Lakes, the Village Council will hold a hearing to consider <br />the adoption of the following as an ordinance of the Village of <br />Lino Lakes: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 52 <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ON JULY 18, 1955, AND AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 39 OF SAID VILLAGE, PASSED ON AUGUST 24, 1964, AND <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 21, PASSED ON OCTOBER 14, 1957, AND AMENDING <br />ANYOTHER VILLAGE ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREGWITH, AND ESTABLISHING <br />A UNIFORM FEE SCHEDULE FOR PROCESSING PETITIONS FOR SPECIAL USE <br />PERMITS, REZONING, PLATTING AND VARIANCES. <br />The Village Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />in order to establish a uniform fee schedule, for processing certain <br />petitions presented to the Village for certain items, adopts the <br />following: <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, ordains: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of Lino Lakes, passed by <br />the Village Council on July 18, 1955, and Ordinance No. 39, passed on <br />August 24, 1964, and Ordinance No. 21, passed on October 14, 1957, <br />4..p5 other Village Or napces cpof1._UC g with the ffalowing, <br />are hereby amended wherever the same -conflict with the following, <br />which shall control: <br />No application for a Special Use Permit, Rezoning, <br />Variance or Platting shall be accepted or considered by the Village <br />Council or any other body of the Village unless such application <br />shall be accompanied by a deposit of $100.00. The total fee for <br />processing such application, and which shall be paid by the petitioner <br />to the Village, shall be paid whether or not such permit, rezoning,platting <br />or variance be granted, shall be the total out of pocket expenses <br />incurred by the Village in processing such application, for such <br />necessary items as, but not limited to publication expenses, fee to <br />building inspector for posting notices, attorney's and engineer's <br />fees and costs, and any other costs incident thereto, and shall be <br />in addition to a fee for the Clerk -Treasurer's services, to be paid <br />to the Village, which Clerk -Treasurer separate fee shall be as follows: <br />
