The applicant shall <br />pay an additional fee as set by the Village Council, from time to <br />time, by resolution, for each re -inspection that is necessary. The <br />applicant shall be responsible for the correction or elimination <br />of all defects, and no system shall be placed or replaced in service <br />until all defects have been corrected or eliminated. <br />SECTION K. Objectives. <br />The objectives of this ordinance are to provide adequate and safe <br />methods of plumbing, sewage disposal, and heating, ventilating, <br />air conditioning and refrigeration in the Village of Lino Lakes, <br />and to prevent the contamination of any existing or future water <br />supply by any existing or future sewage disposal system. Any <br />system of special, unusual or new design which will satisfy the <br />stated objectives, may be accepted as complying with this ordinance <br />and any permit granted for the construction, installation, alteration <br />or repair of any such special system shall be subject to such <br />conditions and guarantees as may be stated in the permit. <br />III. <br />The fees for permits for heating, ventilating, air conditioning <br />and refrigeration work shall be as established, from time to time, by <br />the Village Council by resolution, and shall be on file with the Village <br />Clerk -Treasurer and made available to anyone desiring a copy thereof. <br />IV. <br />The Village Clerk -Treasurer shall keep on file in her office, <br />at all times, one copy of the Minnesota Plumbing Code of 1969, including <br />Appendixes E and F, therein contained. <br />V. <br />Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions <br />of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction <br />thereof shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $300.00 or imprisoned <br />for not to exceed 90 days, or both. Each day that any violation is <br />continued shall constitute a separate offense and punishable as such. <br />VI. <br />Ordinanc e3numbered 47, adopted by the Village Council on <br />March 24, 1969, and 48, adopted by the Village Council on April 14, <br />1969, are hereby repealed and replaced by the within Ordinance, except <br />that any violation of ordinances numbered 47 and 48, while same were in <br />effect, shall be prosecuted to completion as though same were still in <br />effect. <br />
