ORDINANCE NO. 43B <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 3 (B) AND (C) OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 43A, OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, PASSED BY <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON MAY 24, 1971. <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA. <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />I. <br />Sections 3 (B) and (C) of Ordinance No. 43A of the <br />Village of Lino Lakes is amended by adding to each of said <br />Sections, the following sentence: <br />That the period of time which a person has spent under <br />this Section shall be considered toward and as a part of the <br />probationary period for consideration under Section 10 herein, <br />and otherwise herein, so that once a person has worked, under <br />this Section, for more than 6 months he shall be considered <br />as having worked his full 6 months probationary period under <br />this Ordinance. <br />II. <br />Save as herein amended, Ordinance No. 43A shall stand <br />and be effective as passed. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on <br />passage and publication according to law. <br />1971. <br />ATTEST: <br />Passed by the Village Council this 8th day of November, <br />/ <br />J ' e L.
