Section 9. PENALTY SECTION <br /> Whoever in any manner violates or fails to comply with any of the terms <br /> of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300.00, <br /> or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, together with the <br /> costs of prosecution in either case; each day that a violation exists <br /> shall be considered as a separate violation. <br /> Section 10.
