The City Council shall also, at said public hearing, at <br /> said time and place, consider an Ordinance, to amend Ordinance No. 53 , <br /> of the City, passed by the City Council on August 10, 1970, which <br /> Ordinance will regulate the licensing of and require reporting by <br /> Sewage Tank Cleaners and imposing minimal standards upon the operation <br /> of individual sewage disposal systems. <br /> All of said proposed Ordinances are on file in the office <br /> of the City Clerk-Treasurer and available for inspection by any <br /> interested person during regular office hours. <br /> At said hearing all interested parties shall be heard. <br /> Edna L.
