VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES ORDINANCE NO. 6T(a) ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3A, LIMITED COMMER- CIAL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, ON JULY 18, 1955, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6-0, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON JULY 14, 1969, AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6T, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON MAY 25, 1970. The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, ordains: I. SECTION 3A, Limited Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, and of Ordinance No. 6-0 of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended, and Ordinance No. 6T, of the Village of Lino Lakes is also hereby amended, so the same shall read as follows: (a) (3) Area That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NEk of SE4), Section 30, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minne- sota, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said tract and the centerline of State Highway No. 49 as now established; thence East along said South line and the centerline of a public road for 308 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to behoreby described; thence continuing East along said line for a distance of 175 feet; thence North at right angles for a distance of 170 feet; thence West parallel with the first course for 175 feet; thence South 170 feet to the point of beginning. II. The limited commercial use of the foregoing real estate to be only to maintain and operate thereon, according to law, a general vehicle and small engine repair shop and snowmobile sales and service business operation, including the use or construction of any necessary structures and im- provements incident thereto, and to maintain and operate thereon, according to law, an automobile station and service station, for the sale of gasoline, oil and accessories, and for the servicing of motor vehicles, including the construction and use of any necessary structures incident thereto.
