VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 6T(a) <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3A, LIMITED COMMER- <br />CIAL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, <br />ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, ON JULY 18, <br />1955, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6-0, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL ON JULY 14, 1969, AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6T, <br />PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON MAY 25, 1970. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, ordains: <br />I. <br />SECTION 3A, Limited Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, <br />and of Ordinance No. 6-0 of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, is hereby amended, and Ordinance No. 6T, <br />of the Village of Lino Lakes is also hereby amended, so the <br />same shall read as follows: <br />(a) <br />(3) <br />Area <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (NEk of SE4), Section 30, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minne- <br />sota, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the South <br />line of said tract and the centerline of <br />State Highway No. 49 as now established; <br />thence East along said South line and the <br />centerline of a public road for 308 feet <br />to the actual point of beginning of the <br />tract of land to behoreby described; <br />thence continuing East along said line for <br />a distance of 175 feet; thence North at <br />right angles for a distance of 170 feet; <br />thence West parallel with the first course <br />for 175 feet; thence South 170 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />II. <br />The limited commercial use of the foregoing real <br />estate to be only to maintain and operate thereon, according <br />to law, a general vehicle and small engine repair shop and <br />snowmobile sales and service business operation, including <br />the use or construction of any necessary structures and im- <br />provements incident thereto, and to maintain and operate <br />thereon, according to law, an automobile station and service <br />station, for the sale of gasoline, oil and accessories, and <br />for the servicing of motor vehicles, including the construction <br />and use of any necessary structures incident thereto. <br />
